History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 95. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Charles is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His first spouse was a Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
