Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Gunter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
