Kyle Morton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: 5'11" and muscular, this northern man prefers to wear flannel. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. History: Born to a Carpenter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kyle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kyle. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Chad Ridley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Chad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Alexandre Wakefield, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Alex Middleton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This light-skinned male wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and further expansion of business
Flaws: Cynical. Bonds: Attractive, Adventurer, Job, Family. Occupation: Detective
Voice: Slurs words
