History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After months of barely getting by, Kody managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Justin is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. One day when Justin was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Justin was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
