Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a red shirt with thin black vertical stripes and white pants, marred by sweets. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lewis grew up listening to his father's many stories. Lewis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. During his travels, Lewis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lewis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lewis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. His hair is white and curly. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a Spice Merchant first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to be a layabout again

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
