History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Charles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
