He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hubert never married again.
