History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He enjoys reading and quiet.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His ears are large.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Gerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
