His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Percival was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
