Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: Standing 5'2", this man is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and white handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His black hair is smooth and relatively long. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Assassin. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tattered old clothes. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He has blue eyes and a blue hat with a green feather.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
