Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wymar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Wymar was born with his mother's beautiful face. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Trym never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Detective business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Arnold liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Arnold and his spouse have recently divorced.

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Wymar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.
