History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. History: Born in the north to a Seamstress, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
