History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
