History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dustin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Reynard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Gomory began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Frederick's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Dyer, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and someone believes him a fraud
