History: Bertram was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
