Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gunter isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. A true patriot, Gunter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
