Personality: Miles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality
