Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Anthony never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A true patriot, Balimaar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
