History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Roger was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Roger decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and a rival would like him out of the picture
