History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.
