Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Ernest was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has worked as a Shipwright like his mother before him.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Blacksmith mother left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
