Charles Clayton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
