This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Conrad took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Sculptor mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
