Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His silver hair is still thick. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Richard was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sailor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
