Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. A true patriot, Heward would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
