History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Anselm never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
