History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Percival was a troubled youth. Motivation: To unite with his brother; and doesn't want to be a layabout and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure
