History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Everard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gunter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Theodoric was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
