Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears professional attire. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His hair is white and curly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Robert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Robert reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mercenary. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mercenary business.
History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
