The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Clerebold was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Clerebold was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second son.
