Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Jeweler who has hired him part-time. Charles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
