History: Born in the north to a Mason, Thomas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and balancing his hectic life and new mason responsibilities is difficult
