History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to get a good night's sleep

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
