Description: This man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his right hand. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. A true patriot, Diggory would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
