Description: 5'3" and muscular, this northern man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A freak accident while working with his Painter father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He got into the Banker business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Gardener, but he was a colossal failure. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is baby faced.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
