Description: An older man who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is white and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. He is physically well-built. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings, and is pretty ugly. He wears his red hair up. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Anselm never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Rolf was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
