Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich western family. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
