His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Guy took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and regain custody of his son

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Chad's homeland. Chad decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
