History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
