History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears long strands of amethyst and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
