History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Bertram was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Justin took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Being a Mortician kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a white collared shirt and pastel pants. He accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by giants. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. His blonde hair is cut short. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theodoric grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theodoric. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
