History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: William is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Seamstress but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: William was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. William liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he is greedy

History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
