History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.
