History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
