His skin is also unnaturally pale. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
