History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
