Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Priest. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
