His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A 5'10" eastern man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull white iron scale mail. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. Gilbert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Voice: Soothing and warm

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Raymond is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Raymond lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Raymond and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure
