History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Conrad was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Roland's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
