His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has worked as a Mortician like his father before him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
